STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN?
SAINT BERNARD'S CHURCH, EUREKA, OCTOBER 2012
This is another photograph that I took and processed last Sunday morning. I printed and framed it today, and I intend to have it be a part of my upcoming exhibition Doorways, Stairs, and Widows to the Soul. I may revise the title as I continue producing the images.
I like this image a lot, Tom. The symmetry. The white stairs against the grey cement. My eye would like to see the top of the peak over the door, though. Would be curious if you cropped it and still had the peak.
I agree. I did not crop it out because it is not in the image. I just do not know why I did not see that omission when I was photographing, but I did. I am going back to do it again.
